My fault I know but as a complete d1ckhead I attempted toinstall Win 7 on my Vista machine and create a dual boot machine.

Problem is I have been left with massive filders of files on my d: drive which I want to delete. When I go into Explorer to get them all I get is that I don't have permission to a) enter the folder and b) to delete the file(s)

I am the only user on this PC and as far as I know I have full admin access

Any advice - help - software suggestions appreciated

Thanks ABerrant will give a look but that seems to deal with permissions in Win 7 when I really think I need to work with permissions in Vista. Might give me an idea what to do
I am very familiar with permissions etc. in XP and the procedure for Win 7 appeared identical so I had no reason to believe that Vista is wildly different.

Anyhoo...
