Hi please someone tell me why my mouse not communicating with my desktop.It is working with the laptop.The motherboard is on the floor below the desk.thanks LAZ

By motherboard i assume you mean the desktop PC. Your usb lazer mouse is either wired or wireless but whichever it is the usb plug at the end of the wired version or the usb wireless receiver for the wireless version has to be plugged into your laptop or your desktop PC. It cannot connect to both at the same time which from the wording of your question is what i think...

It cannot connect to both at the same time which from the wording of your question is what i think you were expecting. If this is not the case could you be more clear i.e. you plugged the mouse into your desktop PC and it was not recognised or no driver was installed etc. etc.

Hi garfield it is a wireless lazer mouse with a usb receiver when i plug the usb receiver into my laptop it installes the driver and works perfectly.when iplug the usb receiver into the desktop it installes the driver but the mouse not comunicating with the desktop regards LAZ
LAZ try moving the mouse under the desk if it is recognized and works your problem is with signal strength from the mouse the answer to this would be to use a usb extension cable to move the receiver closer to the mouse. hope this helps
