Message for Gizmonster

Many thanks for your help on Saturday re: photos on to CD. I have visited my neighbour this morning and shown him what to do and all is working fine. However we have one more problem, he wants to print some photos and I was showing him what to do - file print etc - but when you think it is all ready to print it comes up with a message - this is not the default printer. Should I uninstall the printer and re install it ??
