trouble with Norton security

I have just had a long search for a tel number for Norton security. They have taken money off my account for something which I do not have. I want to give users of the answerbank the chance to make use of this number which is

Why did you get Norton security when you can use Avast or Microsoft Security Essentials for free and are as good as Norton .If you have Windows 7 or Vista then the firewall in these are about the best you can getnoneed for a third party one which comes with Norton
