my daughters laptop has a "thing" on it called THINKPOINT" it appears whenever she tries to log on and won`t let her use the laptop, l`m guessing its a virus or something similar, the thing is her sister is on the same laptop as a guest user and has no problems with using it, what is this ?? how do l ger rid of it?? helllp please!!!

You can delete Think Point by running decent spyware scanner or you may get rid of it manually. Use removal guide: http://www.spywares-r...oint-removal-tutorial
