Gomeo redirecting all Google searches

It would appear that I contracted something called Gomeo this afternoon whilst surfing, When using Firefox the result was that all searches were redirected to shopping pages. Didn't appear to affect Internet Explorer though.

Have run Malwarebytes and this appears to have removed it.

Is there anything else I need to do.

Delete all your cookies, but be aware that it means you will have to re-enter usernames/passwords for sites that require them (like this one for example).

Thanks for that but i have configured my browser ( firefox) to delete cookies and history everytime i log out. Answerbank is the only site I view regularly so this is no hardship.
