If you enter each on in the ''Process Search'' on the right of this page, it will give you details of its function and if removal is wise.

HPSYDRV - HP driver
REC GUARD - HP utility to stop you deleting the recovery partition.
Isburnwatcher - Part of the HP updater.
KBD - Logitec keyboard utility to enable the extra keys.
READER-sl - Adobe reader speed launcher.

none of them are system critical, but also none of them are bad.

Sorry Naz, never noticed the link...Just been on startup and it now has listed "Reader-sl "C:program files\ado\ HKLM\SOFTWARE|microsoft windows\current ver" AND Reader-sl "C:program files\ado software\microsoft windows\current version RUN.......Any idea why I,ve suddenly got 2 of these, and what the difference is? (sorry to be a pain) Oh yes, on the link you gave it keeps suggesting a full registry scan.... is this the thing to do? or don't touch it ? John
If you carry on like this .. you won't have a Windows to boot to.
