I used Avidemux to sync my audio with my video and it worked (video was a whole 3 seconds out of sync). I then tried to save it but I must be missing something b'cos I couldn't do it properly.

If you could speak to me in baby language (i.e. broken down in steps) that would really help.

Thank you all.

I know naff all about Avidemux, so I apologise if I'm wasting your time.

However I've just taken a look at this page, which provides instructions on saving an MP4 file:
http://en.flossmanual...mux/CreateMpFourFiles
What I've noticed (right at the bottom of the page) is that the .mp4 file suffix is not automatically appended to a file by Avidemux; you have to do it manually. So it occurs to me that your problem with saving files might be related to not appending the relevant file suffix.

Hi, Uzoma, When you open the video and have set the correct speed for the Audio, Go to FILE, SAVE -----> SAVE VIDEO.
If that doesn't work, try dragging the play slider over to the right hand side or alternatively press the play button and play the video through before File/ Save/Save Video.
Sorry to be so long replying.
See how you go.
Wak.
If the above doesn't help, try this.
Open Video, set Speed Shift, leave slider to far left and press Button A.
Then move slider to far right and press Button B.
Brackets should now be at either end of the video.
Go to FILE, click and hold SAVE then slide across to SAVE VIDEO.
