I have tried to ask this question earlier on the internet section but have not had any response, so I am trying here. I am trying to access the net on my Acer 5552 L/Top, my default browser is Google but it is saying "The address is not valid". It was working alright last night although I did have to force a shutdown. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Have you tried going to Internet Properties, and seeing if your defaults have been altered in any way.
Or even just typing it in manually?

What OS are you using? Have a look in Internet Options in you Network and Sharing Center in Control Panel. You can set your Home Page here as your default . Are using IE8 as your browser?
