What is the easiest way of converting a Word doc to a PDF? Thanks

Download something like CutePDF.

I downloaded 'cutePDFwriter'.
Then all I have to do is pick 'cutePDFwriter' from the list of printers, when I hit 'print', and voila............a PDF.

So simple even *I* can use it !

If you have Word 2007, Microsoft have created their own free plugin.

The MS plugin is far superior to CutePdf.

However it is worth having Cute too because it works in all programs.

There used to be a printer driver utility just for that use ... Can't remember it's name tho : (
We used to use it on the Ford LAN for all staff to use.
