Icons on favourites - taken from google
5 Answers
On my old laptop which was XP when I saved websites to Favourites they nearly always retained their own icon ie BBC, Channel 4od etc
My new laptop is Windows 7 and when I save websites to Favourites in the same way they nearly all end up with the same (green, red, yellow ball) google icon. Going into properties and change icon only gives me 3 other options, all Google where as before I had loads of options? Am I doing some thing wrong or is this another thing about Windows 7 I am finding difficult - I much preferred XP!
Thanks

Hi
With a bit of messing around I have found out how to get up the FULL list of icons, not just the 5 google ones!
If you want this option, first change your icon to the ' google g' Then, once that is applied go into propertiesfor the same icon again and you will now be able to choose from the complete list of icons - don't ask me how!
