How do I scan a Document/Documents from my HP Deskjet F380 to my PC ( Packard Bell ) Vista Home Basic.
Do I have to use a Free downloadable Programme to enable me to do this.

Look in ControlPanel - Add/Remove; What HP Programs are listed ?

Have HP Photosmart installed but does not seem to be working, maybe it has been corrupted or I am doing things wrong somehow. Not to worry. Thanks to all for your input.
