We don't like IE9 at all but I did like IE8 - is there a way of de-installing the 9 upgrade which which make 8 come back?

not sure Bobbi, don't use firefox any more, so cannot recall.

You cannot uninstall IE but I believe you can close it down, I'm not sure how perhaps one of the techies on here can instruct.Ron.

Bobbi if you read the link I sent, it does say text of more than one line? I agree that seems odd though.

cheers mamya, I think the problem must lie with FF 4, the latest one, I cant find tools in it to check
