Why do I keep getting this window?

For the last few weeks I keep getting a window saying "Unternet Explorer Unhandled Exception" and there is a "call stack" and at the botton either "send report" or "close". What does all this mean? Many thanks.

Check IE addons and try disabling them.
Check for updates.

What version? Check on web with version and the error entry.
