Has anyone heard of swapmycontract.co.uk? I am having financial difficulty and want out of my mobile phone contract and apparently this website allows you to transfer your phone to someone else?

You want to ask your contract company first as your contract is between them and you.

Looks like it works by accepted transfer of contract by the original provider. I suppose it is better for the provider, as one in financial difficulty can transfer to another owner and cannot default .. and a new ownere is not likely to either.
