I've just set up a WordPress site on my domain, but also host other (non WP) sites:

domain.com/wordpress/
domain.com/sites/index.html

When I enter any URL outside the wordpress folder the site loads the WP index.php file.

What can I add to my .htaccess file to ensure domain.com/sites/index.html goes to that page and not to the WP folder?
