e-mail query

I have had e-mails returned as undelivered, and have just noticed the attachment icon is present but I have not attached any file. I clicked on the attachment icon and I get my album of photos appearing??.I have e-mailed the same person using a second address they have. They have informed me by telephone that these have not been received, although these have not been returned as undelivered.Why is my photo album being sent when I have not selected "choose file" I am emailing using AOL both times .

I'd guess you must have attached it unintentionally somehow.
As the e-mail was returned undelivered, it's hardly surprising your friend didn't get them. Did it say why it didn't deliver ?

The attachment paperclip and attachment as a word on opening the returned e-mails are present on the three separate occasions using address 1. I typed in the address each time manually, it was not automatically displayed from an address book.This is only happening using this e-mail address. The emails using address 2 have not been returned so I cant check those.
Reason given. Line beginning with "Diagnostic Code" describes specific reason your e-mail could not be delivered. But there is no line beginning with "Diagnostic Code"

If it is a 'one off' I'd not lose much sleep over it were I you. When no reason is given it'll be difficult to try to work out what occurred, and IMO probably not worth the effort.
