Help I'm in the library

and it keeps telling me my bt internet address and password are invalid. I have reset password twice now and it still won't let me in. The only thing I can think of is I recently changed to the new updated yahoo mail which I didn't want to do but can't get out of, could it be that causing the problem?

Carefully re-Type your Email address and Password into Log-in Box and try again. The slightest mistake will nullify entry

Must have done it twenty times now and can't get in! Use the library most weeks and never had a problem before - even logged into Answerbank with the same details and it let me in here! Must go home now, only got 3 minutes left!

No, I've changed yahoo and still have the same email address and password. I suspect that once it hasn't recognised you 3 times, it may have locked you out?

Now back home and can't get into anything yahoo. Lady in library said other people were having a problem with yahoo today.

This has happened to me today and it said invalid whatever, but there was no box to tick OK and Try again. My screen when I went back to Internet shortcut to try again was filled with BTFON HOTSPOT. I turned off totally and waited and restarted. All was well then. Could the library staff have done this for you?

Even now I am at home I still can't get in to it. I wasted so much time trying in the library that I ran out of time (I did visit a few other sites in between trying). I will try switching off and on again now.
