Not Supported Video Format WHY Please
I managed to download a series I normally watch ,this has until now been sent in AVI which by using Format Factory I am able to convert so as to watch on my TV ,now this has changed again the new system is mSD avi I have tried to convert this but no avail there is Sound only and Not Supported Video Format any idea how I can convert this to play as a DVD avi file .

Use a different media player. VLC Media player is your best bet.
