Got a BT Business email address that was recently updated by BT. Since then I have been unable to remotely access the email address on any other computer than the one that the update was actioned on. Any ideas pse?
How are you trying to access the account? Is it via an email client (such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail or Thunderbird) or by using web access (with a browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome)?
How far do you get with trying to access the account? Do you get any error messages; if so, what are they?
I am accessing it through Chrome - thats the browser I use on this machine. I think the other laptop (the business one) uses outlook express. I get the old look account before the update when I use this laptop.
