Anyone know of a parameter that will play a youtube video full screen. I don't mean just to fill the browser like fs=1 but to actually fill the whole screen like pressing the "full screen" button does?

Question Author
Yes, I've managed to get showinfo=0 and controls=0 which gets rid of some of the player but it still appears in the browser window.
It wont load here but if you right click on a fs vid you will find the code

nope, the code wont load......have you found it ?

Thanks tambo but what I am after is a way to show the youtube video in full screen rather than just fill the browser.

For example:
http://www.youtube.com/embed/glduYXfQIFw?rel=0&autoplay=1&showinfo=0&controls=0

is the best I can get so far but it still only fits in the browser window. This isn't the video I need by the way and is just an example.
hmmm....when clicked on youtube it fills the screen but with black narrow margins above & below
Question Author
But does it fill your entire screen or just your browser window? In the example I posted, it had black borders at the top anyway.
entire screen - no browser to be seen when clicked onto Youtube.
Question Author
Yes when you click on the Youtube full screen button it fills the entire screen but is there a way to get it automatically into full screen mode by adding a parameter on the end of my link? I want it to play full screen without the user having to press the full screen button.
not sure you can override YouTube's set up when using their website :)
my bottom control bar go down after about 5 secs though it always did

Nor me.
Works full screen if you press F11 using IE or Maxthon.
Doesn't using Safari
Flash movies can’t start in full-screen mode; they can only be switched to full-screen mode in response to a user action – either a button click or a key press.

Security considerations

End-user security was a key consideration in the implementation of this feature, and developers need to understand the following end-user, security-related restrictions and design content accordingly:

•The ActionScript that initiates full-screen mode can be called only in response to a mouse click or keypress. If it is called in other situations, it will be ignored (in ActionScript 2.0) or throw an exception (in ActionScript 3.0).
