Top Up Query

My son has a 3 dongle but he cant get on the top up by voucher page.He clicks on MY3account, but he tells me another page appears asking him to disable cookies? And this page wont let him access the 3 page.
We live a long way from each other so talking on the phone is not helping as I cant see what he is on about.
He has windows 7 and uses Google Crome if thats any help

Disable???

All UK websites which use cookies are legally obliged to display a notice advising users of that fact. It's common for such sites to offer users a choice of allowing cooking or rejecting them. However many sites won't function properly with cookies disabled (particularly those selling goods or services, such as the one your son is trying to access). He needs to ACCEPT cookies, not disable them!

I have a Three gongle myself and I have always found the Three helpline to be very good. An Indian chap explained exactly what I needed to do last summer, when I was sitting in my caravan in Cornwall. He couldn't have been more helpful.

Thanks Mikey I think he has got around it now by paying with card instead of the voucher.
