My email page has suddenly changed and I want to put it back to how it was - it changed like this about a year or so ago but then reverted to the od page. Can't find any way of putting it back.

Thing is, I don't remember asking to switch! They said this when it happened before and I don't know how but since then and up till now it had reverted back to a much easier form.

FF, about 4pm today, I was reading mail at the time and it just changed!

Mine changed today too without warning. Delete is now where reply was...I deleted a reply to email before I realised.....I much preferred it before this.

where is the Reply just realised it has gone ,Move is further left but the folders are still the same I think, to empty all spam at once the little bin needs to be highlighted with the mouse first it isn,t visible all the time but it is still to the right of the spam line,we were out all day so it has taken me quite a while to sort them out

Yet another example of BT Yahoo thinking it knows best. I have had my email address for nearly 20 years, otherwise I would change over to another.

This exact same thing happened to me when a few months ago i kept on getting asked would i like to see the new yahoo layout and then did but there was an option to change it back to classic. Recently it appears to have been changed without my permission and there doesn't appear to be a tab to change it back to the classic style.

Is there anyone we can complain to? We could let it be known that there are a few of us who are unhappy and in touch with each other so this way the big corporation knows that their dealing with a group and not a lone consumer which would be better for getting some action as like my mother used to say "The wolf attacks the lone sheep and keeps away from the herd" Or something like that.

Ronnie - yes, there's a feedback form - hover over the little wheel next to your Hi Ronnie (top right on the Yahoo inbox page) - I've just done so.

I doubt if you will get a reply from feedback ,I have sent messages twice without any response
