Is The Internet Slow?

Basically for the last few days the internet seems to have been a bit slow. Anyone else noticed this.

I have run broadband speed checkers both at home and work and both say Im getting what Im paying for but some sites, seem to be very slow.

I'm wondering if there is a worldwide denial of service attack happening but its not getting reported anywhere.

Anyone care to speculate.
