Video Clips Not Playing

I can no longer play a video clip like the ones put as links on here,it was working last week ,could I have disabled something by mistake
it is Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 10

I don,t think Flash player is the problem,I was able to look at one today but others are still not working,I get a black screen with an error message

I have just been on Youtube and picked several at random and they all play

It's possible the ones that won't play have been removed or have embedding restrictions. Can you post a link to the ones on AB that won't play so we can check if we can play it.

I can only go on some of the things I have read about there having been issues with IE 10 being problematic with Flash Player ( or Flash Player not being fully compatible with IE 10). Anyway, I thought that Flash had then done an up-date to correct matters.

Perhaps your Flash Player needs to be updated. You could download the up-to-date version from:-

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

However make sure you un-tick the McAfee box.

Yes it plays fine for me.
I would follow Alstons advice above taking particular notice re unticking the McAfee box.
Another solution would be to change browsers. Most on here that have mentioned browsers seem to use Firefox or Opera.

follyfancier...The video you posted works allright for me . I have tested it with Firefox, Google Chrome and IE 9.

I am now wondering if your problem is with IE 10. You could Try another Browser and in that regard I would suggest you download Firefox from :-

http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/features/

Leave IE 10 stay where it is because, you can have as many Browsers as you like and make whichever you wish as the default one.

some vids havent been loaded fully. Youtube vids must play before they are copy & pasted to thread.
