How Do I Uninstall Conduit

How do I get rid of this bloody Conduit from my computer? I've tried going into Control panel. Please help!

I had this the only way out was to totally reformat windows. luckily my son did it for me, he had to store everything I needed on my computer on an external hard drive and reformat windows then put back what I needed from the external drive . You need an external hard drive with enough capacity to hold all your data and a windows installation disk. Not easy ,
he is a computer technician with a science company so he had the equipment to do it.
