never heard of this before and I can't get rid of it . All I want is Google back can anyone help please.This is it...

It's a virus that sets itself as your default browser Janz. After you reset it back, it redirects all over again.

Download, install and run the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

and tell your browser that you want to use it as your home page. (You've not told us which browser you're using but that's normally achieved by going to Tools > Options [or 'Internet Options'] and looking for the option to 'Use current page' as your homepage).

It's not necessarily a virus he's downloaded. It's quite possible he's downloaded something which has requested that he set it up as his homepage during the download.
Quite often on downloads, especially free ones, you'll get a tickbox telling you that Product X will be your new browser homepage unless you untick it.
