Opera Browser

Since yesterday, when I try to open Opera, it freezes my laptop and I have to restart it. I usually have Chrome and Firefox open as well (greedy, huh?). I have windows 7. Anyone else having issues with Opera?

I have been using Advanced SystemCare for several years (and even pay for the Pro version) and it doesn't cause me any problems. If you look at the very latest issue of the ComputerActive magazine you'll see that they recommend it as "a brilliant set of tools for improving the way Windows runs."

I've been super busy today so have had no time to try all the suggestions that have been posted. I downloaded Malwarebytes, and although it came up with 13 threats that were easily removed, none of them involved Opera. I'll keep you all updated.
