Adverts On The Computer???

Can anyone on theanswerbank help me with this problem please,I keep on getting adverts on my computer screen by better surf and a few others.
I have been on to my hard drive to see if if I have any rogue sites that have just appeared(by date) but to no avaii I have Norton Internet Security but that doesn't stop it.
Is there any programme I can put on or software that can stop this.

Download, install and run the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
https://www.malwarebytes.org/free/
(NB: When installing, take care to deselect the option to install a trial of the 'PRO' version).

That should fix the problem.
