Looking For No-Frills Webspace. :-)
6 Answers
Greetings each.
I have three websites still uploaded to a couple of former ISP's "freespace", although I no longer have accounts with them so can only access using ye olde "dial-up" modem which now costs a fortune!
I have shopped around various web-hosting firms, but they all seem to offer lots of "add-ons" which I don't need or even want.
Can anybody recommend a decent webspace provider who will sell/rent webspace ONLY, please?
I do all my own origination, so don't want expensive website creation facilities.
Be good!
Cheers.

If it's small (i.e. no more than 250Mb, which would, for example, be fine for a local community website) then AwardSpace offers reliable free webhosting, with no ads:

Well, by the number of sites you want to host and the web space you will require for getting all their data hosted, I think you should take a look at IX Web Hosting ( http:// www.ixw ebhosti ng.com/ ). They have pretty affordable hosting plans available.
