I can't pick up Wi-Fi very well in the room at the back of my house but the device I bought to solve the problem uses mains adaptors plus Ethernet cables at either end to connect to devices. I wanted to use an Ipad in the back room so I've made a booboo! Is there a device I can connect the Ethernet cable to that will broadcast the signal in the back room so that the Ipad can connect?
I'm not very techie as I'm sure you've guessed y now.

What you should have bought is a WIFI extender which plugs into a power point and connects to your wi fi network and extends your signal . Netgear make a good one but other manufacturers do as well . See your local computer shop about this.
