In google, gmail is now set up, how private is it, i don;t want private info, e mails to be seen,

I've used GMail for years without problem because I like it, it suits me, and I get notified of emails on all my devices and can access emails from any pc around the world.

Your emails are as secure as your password. If you have a strong password you won't be hacked, as with any other email.

Nobody but the recipient can see your email.
