4 Answers
When I try to access my hotmail account, this message appears...Privacy Error
" Your connection is not private."
Attackers may be trying to steal your information from dub000.mail.live.com(for example passwords, messages, credit cards)
Any one having same problem? Googling tells me there was a similar problem several months ago.
Off to bed...will check back in the morning.

Summarising though, some people found that Kasperky's security software seemed to be related to the problem (with fixes including uninstalling and reinstalling or disabling the parental security control). So, if appropriate, try that. Others found that clearing their browser's cache was all that was required (and that method was advocated by some of the forum's moderators):

Also check that malware isn't redirecting your internet traffic, resulting in the error message, by installing and running the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
https:/ /www.ma lwareby tes.org /antima lware/
(NB: When installing, take care to deselect the pre-selected option to take a free trial of the 'Premium' version).
Eventually though, ditch Hotmail/Outlook. (I gave up on Hotmail many years ago after being locked out of my accounts, without any reason at all, on several occasions). Get a decent email account!

Its weird...I can access it on my phone(android),and also from the notification icon on my tablet.(also android) It's just from the app that I have the problem. I also read a few of those 18 pages...they only served to reassure me I was not alone.
I'll try clearing my cache later...I don't have Kapersky, but I do have malwarebytes. I'll run a scan...though it runs them every day anyway. Thanks Chris.
