Cant Sign In To My Ymail Address

ive tried 20-30 times now can't sign in to my ymail address on my phone and ipad any help please

Yahoo mail outages:
Recent reports mainly originated from: London, Warrington, Sheffield, Oxford, Leeds, Glasgow, Sunderland, South Hayling, Dudley, and Loughton.

Yahoo mail has been an absolute pain recently.
I couldn't get into mine via my shortcut earlier so I tried via the Yahoo website and that worked.

I agree. I had to change my password yesterday even though I knew the one I had entered was correct.

Have you updated your phone or iPad recently. My ipad kept telling me wrong password and the ipad needed to be reset. This was after I updated. So I rest up and it works

my phone is saying .."need a data connection to check for up dates"

I would go into settings, general, reset (at the bottom) reset all settings. It only loses passwords & wifi passwords. Apps & music etc isn't list.
