Any Person Heard Of "safe-Mail.net"?
In order to securely send an email, I was advised to create an email account under "www.safe-mail.net". Creating an account (at)safe-mail.net and exchanging with others' accounts looks interesting. BUT, I have never heard of them to date, and can find no customer feed-back on the security and reliability of "safe-mail.net". Any positive/negative info on this firm and its activities would be appreciated. Thank you.

Any such service is likely to be popular with those engaged in criminal activities (as, indeed, Safe-Mail undoubtedly is) but there are plenty of law-abiding users as well.
An alternative (Canadian-based) service is Hushmail
https:/ /www.hu shmail. com/
which I've occasionally used myself.
If you're really paranoid about your security though (e.g. if you're a drugs baron!) any such service should still be accessed over the Tor network, so that your IP address can't be traced.

PS: If you're simply looking for an additional email address (without encryption, etc), with loads of free storage space that can (if you so choose) be used to share files with others, look no further than the wonderful GMX:
