Gmail Help Needed

One of my email a/cs is on gmail. Can anyone tell me if there is a "block" thingy to click on? .I have one on my other email a/cs but can't find one on gmail. At the moment everything just goes into junk or spam but I would like to block some completely. Thank you to any wise owl who can help a damsel in distress.
