Microsoft Onedrive

Uploaded 1.5Gb of files yesterday to try out Onedrive. Turned my PC on this morning and all the files have disappeared. They do not show on windows file explorer's dedicated one drive folder or looking on the Onedrive web page for my account.
Any idea where the files have gone?

When you log into the web version, can you see it there?

Uploaded files again in two folders shows just the two folders and the correct number of files in each on my desktop pc.
If I go to the web version of Onedrive or look at Onedrive on my tablets dedicated Onedrive App they both show the two folders plus the original uploads. Confused is an understatement.
