Help With Yahoo

I have just bought a new phone and wish to access my emails with it. I used the Yahoo app but I made a mistake with my password,and was told that my account was temporarily closed and to try again in 12 hours. This I did but again I was told my account was temporarily closed and to try again in 12 hours. This morning I tried again and got the same reply - and am slowly going mad

Why not just open a new email account? Then google the instructions for downloading the internet and email into your phone. good luck...
