Lost Email

I have an old lineone email address (now part of talktalk) and cannot access it anymore, it says email and password not recognised, if I call talktalk it asks for an account number but I do not have one? I really need this email back as some important messgaes will be on it.

It looks like a number of people have had this problem it may be worth joining the talk talk community and submit a post for help the tech guys on there can submit a fault ticket to get it reset
