E-Mail Goes To Spam

Could any one kindly suggest how I stop an e-mail address going to the Spam box instead of the inbox.
I am on yahoo mail. One of my friends e-mails ,in the last month, have mysteriously continued to go straight to Spam. As far as I am aware no other addresses on my contacts list has done this.
Very annoying I curtailed my break in Dorset to attend a meeting and when I got home found on my landline answerphone an explanation for the cancellation which I hadn't discovered in the inbox whilst at my Dorset pile. I don't wan't to switch to another e-mail provider and would prefer to remain with yahoo as this is the only address that continually gets misdirected to spam.

Continually mark it ' Not Spam', seems the most sensible thing?

Do you mean mark Not Spam somewhere in the contact list by his address?

No go to your Spam folder where his email is, select the email and then you will see an option to move it to inbox and/ or mark it 'not spam'. I don't use Yahoo so not sure of their exact criteria, but that's how it works on most emails x

Brilliant I found the "Not Spam" icon and marked all his e-mails as such. Hope that does the trick. Again. Many thanks.
