We've realised that, with PlusNet, since our contract finished we've being paying well over the odds for standard broadband and evening and weekend calls. I've phoned PlusNet and they've reduced the offer by £15 per month, but it's still less than some offers I've seen.
Does anybody have experiencing of switching to John Lewis broadband? Reviews aren't great - but tend to be written by those who are unhappy, those who are tend not to write them, in my experience.
Thanks, Danny and Hans. Yes, it was the call to PlusNet that reduced the cost by £15 per month - but John Lewis are offering still less than that. I'm disappointed that PlusNet wouldn't match it, though - that would have saved a lot of hassle!
