Web Hit Counters
I know you get get hit counters on a site if you own the site and build the pages. Is there a utility out there to see how many people have visited a specific web page on a site that you dont own or have any administerive rights over?

This information comes from weblogs either on the server the site is hosted on itself or via a third party that monitors how many times a tracking graphic or script is loaded, and subesquently processes their logs of these load actions.
There is no way a utility could possibly record this. If you had access to a server upstream in the network from the server that has the page on it then a utility could intercept taffic on route and record hits, but I think that kind of this is way off from the sort of program you are looking for.
