YouTube videos loading slowly

Does anyone else have a problem with YouTube? The videos seem to be loading extremely slowly for me and this has never happened before. Before I could watch the videos sraight away without a pause and the red bar would zoom across the screen.

I use it like all the time and this is the first time that a problem has ever happened. It was working perfectly fine on Sunday! I know it's not my internet connection, i'm downloading stuff perfectly fine at a fast rate. I looked at the help box and they said that it could be due to their servers like traffic and stuff.

I just want to know if it's only me and if so is there anything I can do?
