Why not receiving email?

I have not received the last 3 emails from a friends Orange email account, although they appear to have been sent ok and are in the Sent folder. I am on Virgin, and I seem to receive other emails ok, and there don't appear to be any server problems...? I have been waiting over a week now! There were no attachments or anything... We both use Outlook Express.

Try accessing your Virgin account via webmail, and see if the email is there. Check the trash/bulk folder in webmail.
