Sky free has a 2gb monthly usege cap and a minimum 12 month contract, so it's not what you want.

I don't know what to suggest.

I've just read the terms and conditions and you need a BT line for Sky broadband.
If you are in a Telewest NTL cable area - - go for it with them.
Telewest and NTL want a minimum 12 months too.
You need a BT line or a cable connection. Otherwise you can't have broadband.

You can get mobile internet. My boss has a Vodaphone card for his laptop, but it's slow and expensive.
