ebay photo problem

every time i try to 'upload a picture onto ebay...nothing happens, i use the "basic" page .. i browse for my picture..click on it...then click on 'upload, then thats about it! the green loading bar gradually fills up then does nothing! help. ive followed their help guidelines... deleated cookies, resized etc but alas!

1) what browser are you using?
2) what's the file size of the picture? Find it in my computer, then right-click it and click properties.
3) how long do you wait for it to work?
4) are you on broadband?
