Kempie, if tried do download from that link and my pc`s asking me to 'Open file-choose the program you want to open it from' and it gives a list of programs, any ideas on which one i should choose??

You need to download the free FLV player available from the keepvid page.

or vlc player plays them (and about every other video format!). if you're using Firefox you can download an addon to auto download youtube videos when you click an icon. i use it and its pretty good

You can also download from YouTube by inserting the word kiss in front of youtube.com in the address bar.

sorry if i'm to late to answer this questions, i think there is only one that powerful enough to download video from youtube, i'm using mozilla firefox and downloadhelper addon, i like this addon because i download video not just from youtube, but from metacafe, dailymotion, redtube, and many more, this add on will download anything on the site that contains flv, avi, mpg, mp3. if you're interested using mozilla and it's addon try my tutorial to do that :
