pages opening minimzed

my web pages for some reason have start to open in minimized and have forgotten how to alter it so there opened in maximized automatically
cant find it in firefox or i:e: help
ps i dont need to know about the max / min control in top right i know this or drag the corner
ive looked in all the firefox forums as much as i can .no luck it must be a simple operation i hope
ive no probs with i.e pages

I know I mentioned to you yesterday aboutmax/min control in top right corner.
I spoke with mu hubby just now and said that dragging it is the only way to solve this problem.
Go to the right hand corner of the screen that is showing at present. Drag to size required and you should not have a problem again.
Hope you manage to solve the problem.

hi cruella thanks for advice but it does not work
i'm no novice with comps but this has got me beat
cant find anything on other help forums either will have to see the comp guys at work when i go back from hols
it just started doing this without any settings alterations,i
even reload firefox,but the same happens
as i said no probs with i.e
will persevere

deggers316, try this, when it opens in minimum, right click on task bar on task, click on restore, this will maximize, close window, next time it opens it should be maximized,..........I hope

thanks for all your help but even ermadeas' answers has not worked,i went into system restore before this problem started and it still does it.
ah well just have to put up with it

deggers316, No It's got nothing to do with system restore, it's to restore the page when it opens by right clicking on the task in task bar, and the little window pops up saying:
Restore
Maximize
Minimize
Close,
click on restore while it's still in a small window, it should then maximize, you then close the big window with the red cross at the top right of page, it should then open up maximized next time, I've done it loads of times, it should work, if not post again and I will try to find a solution for you

please read my question at the top
i know about the function of the comp i am not a novice all the info your giving me although helpful is very basic .its got nothing to do (my prob) with clicking the top right controls.max /min ive done everything i know on here which is a lot and it not solving the prob,what u saying DOES work with internet explorer,but i dont have that prob with i.e ,its firefox my default
and prefered browser thats the problem

well quite honestly the answer you gave me that i replied about last reads as if you telling a child what to do hence my reply.
and if you read my query properly it tells you i know about the min/max all controls,and yes restore could have worked if there had been any probs with the programme that's what its there for
