Yes I'm afraid there are probaby plenty who do..

I have received many a 'Nigerian scam' before, but this is the first time I have had one connected to a real event. How low some people stoop :o(
No Pippa - thought I'd seen them all - including the one where they asked for my details in case I wanted to donate money toward the church organ fund in a small Nigerian village - but haven't seen this one before. Unbelievable!

Oh yes, I have had that one netibiza... in fact I have had practically every one of them..

This one is new to me, and I was wondering if it had been going since 7/7 or they have only just decided to start sending it!
Whenever I get a scam, I simply send them a link to this website :

http://www.ebolamonkeyman.com/

Hopefully, one day, they'll see the funny side too.
I would never make any sort of response to a spam email. Apart from the fraud issue in this sort of case, it confirms that your email address is active and it will then stay on the list and be passed on to other spammers. This is equally true of "click here to unsubscribe" unless you know the origin.
I never answer them, just delete them - that is safe isn't it?
