Unable to access emails

A friend of mine has been using speed-mail as an ISP but has been unable to access emails for a while now.

Has anyone any information?

Any information or advice would be most appreciated.

what client are they using to access?
They may need to get the ISP connection settings for accessing mail.... and configure the settings in the options panel in the client (i.e. Outlook etc....)

Thank you oOlisanneOo - he uses Outlook Express.

Since posting the question he got a message on the telephone "that the subscriber were no longer rendering their service".

Presumably www.speed-mail.co.uk are no longer operating - is anyone aware of any developments?
